Mary’s approach transformed when she took on marketing & creative leadership at Tender Greens, a fast-casual restaurant brand. As Head of Marketing and Creative, she helped scale the company to 30+ locations, tripled loyalty program membership from 100K to over 300K, and launched initiatives that increased check sizes and customer retention. Her strength lies in creating seamless, integrated strategies across digital, in-store, and service touch points—ensuring every channel works together to drive growth.

Today, through Tasty Directives, Mary serves as a Fractional CMO to companies that are ready to grow. She works with wellness brands, retailers, studios, restaurants, and other service-based businesses that have validated their product and are poised to scale.
